1. Disconnect in Seedling
Seedling immediately revokes its customer-to-workspace route, stops new jobs, removes managed credential references and Google connections, and purges Directory, Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, and Meet data from active systems.
- Sign in as an administrator of the affected Seedling workspace.
- Open Apps or Connections and select Google Workspace.
- Choose Disconnect, review the warning, and confirm.
- Wait for the local integration purge to complete before reconnecting the organization.
2. Remove the Marketplace app in Google Admin
Seedling cannot uninstall an administrator-managed Google Workspace app on the customer's behalf. Disconnect in Seedling first when immediate removal is required.
- Open the Google Admin console and go to Marketplace apps management.
- Locate Seedling and remove it from the organization.
- Seedling's periodic licensing reconciliation detects the unlicensed customer, revokes the local route, and runs the same purge used by in-product disconnect.
3. Information removed from active systems
Disconnecting Seedling does not delete or modify the original information retained by Google Workspace.
- Customer-managed credentials or Marketplace managed-credential references.
- Google Workspace parent and Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, and Meet child connections.
- Directory users, groups, memberships, provider staging rows, synchronization records, and per-user sources.
- Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, and Meet source objects, chunks, embeddings, entitlements, and source-linked derived content.
4. Request deletion without Seedling access
Email privacy@tryseedling.ai from a work address associated with the organization. Include the organization and Seedling workspace if known. Do not send credentials, identity documents, email content, files, or calendar descriptions unless Seedling provides a secure collection method.
Seedling verifies identity and authority before acting and may coordinate with the Seedling customer when it controls the information.
5. What may remain after deletion
- Backups
- Deleted information may remain in encrypted, access-restricted backups until expiry, ordinarily within 35 days, and is deleted again if restored.
- Lifecycle audit
- Seedling may retain workspace and connection identifiers, action, outcome, bounded reason codes, and timestamps without Google credentials or raw content.
- Legal records
- Limited records may remain longer when required for security, disputes, accounting, or other legal obligations.
