Initial response target
Within one business day. Security, privacy, and widespread service-impacting reports are prioritized. Contracted support terms control if different.

What to include

Do not email passwords, API keys, OAuth tokens, private keys, full recordings, or unnecessary Customer Data. Support may provide a secure collection method if sensitive diagnostic information is required.

  • Your name, work email, organization, and Seedling workspace.
  • The affected integration, page, feature, or workflow.
  • What you expected, what happened, and when it began.
  • Any visible error message and safe reproduction steps.
  • Whether the issue affects one person, a workspace, or all users.

Install or connect an integration

  1. Sign in to Seedling and open Apps or Connections for the intended workspace.
  2. Choose the provider and select workspace or personal access when offered.
  3. For a marketplace installation, review the data-use notice and continue to the provider’s authorization page. For a customer-managed app, supply credentials created and controlled by your organization.
  4. Authorize only the permissions shown by Seedling and the provider. Organization-level access may require a provider administrator.
  5. Return to Seedling, confirm the connection is active, and start or schedule the first synchronization.

Provider-specific guides

Marketplace authorization, available connection modes, permissions, data use, and troubleshooting vary by provider. Use the applicable integration guide alongside this general support page.

Synchronization troubleshooting

  1. Confirm that the integration shows as connected and that the authorizing provider account remains active.
  2. Confirm the provider permissions still include the scopes listed in Seedling.
  3. Check whether provider security policy, administrator approval, rate limits, or an expired authorization is blocking access.
  4. Reconnect when Seedling displays Authorization required. Reauthorization replaces the saved credential without converting a customer-managed app into a Marketplace installation or vice versa.
  5. If the issue continues, contact support with timestamps, the integration name, workspace, and safe error details.

Disconnect or remove an integration

Disconnecting Seedling does not delete or modify the original information in the provider. Review the Data Deletion page for retained audit records, backups, and personal-data requests.

  1. Open the connected app in the correct Seedling workspace.
  2. Choose Disconnect and review the deletion warning.
  3. Confirm Disconnect. Seedling revokes access when supported and deletes credentials and provider-derived workspace data through the integration purge.
  4. For a Marketplace app, you may also remove the app in the provider’s marketplace or account administration console. Provider deauthorization events trigger the same Seedling purge when supported.

Account and workspace access

  • Use your work email and the same sign-in method used when the account was created.
  • Ask a workspace administrator to confirm membership and role when a workspace is missing.
  • Invitation and portal links may expire or be single-use; request a replacement from the sender.
  • Contact support if the only workspace administrator has left the organization. Seedling will verify authority before changing administrative access.

Privacy and security reports

Send access, correction, export, objection, and deletion requests to privacy@tryseedling.ai. Send suspected vulnerabilities, credential exposure, or unauthorized access to security@tryseedling.ai. Do not publicly disclose a suspected vulnerability before Seedling has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate it.
