The opportunity
Make the operating model part of the work
Consulting teams see the business up close. They uncover the hidden handoffs, exceptions, system gaps, and operating knowledge that determine whether a transformation succeeds.
Seedling turns that insight into a maintained product layer: a permissioned map built from real operating evidence, with checks that keep important claims current after the workshop, roadmap, or implementation ends.
Partners bring their method, domain expertise, and client relationships. Seedling gives that work durable software beneath it.
How it starts
Co-deliver the first deployments
Early partner engagements are collaborative. The consulting team leads the business problem, operating-domain scope, stakeholder alignment, and interpretation. Seedling stays close to product deployment, deep modeling, and escalation.
After successful deployments establish a repeatable delivery motion, qualified partners can lead managed delivery and operate Seedling on behalf of their clients.
Each client deployment is separately scoped. The program is built for repeatable, high-trust work—not an unlimited cross-client software license.
The division of labor
Your context. Our platform.
Partners lead the engagement: qualification, scoping, source and stakeholder coordination, business interpretation, deployment reviews, training, and first-line support.
Seedling runs the operating layer: platform security, tenant isolation, source synchronization, deep modeling, verification, permission-aware API access, product upgrades, and escalated product support.
The result is a clearer offer for the client: expert guidance to change the operation, paired with software that continues to observe, verify, and deepen what was learned.
Client trust
One client. One protected workspace.
Every client receives an independent Seedling workspace with its own subscription, permissions, source connections, data boundary, and operating model. A partner relationship never creates implicit access across clients.
The client owns its workspace data. Consultants receive explicit membership for the work they are authorized to perform, and that access can be removed without moving or rebuilding the client's operating model.
If the consulting relationship ends, the client can continue with Seedling directly. Continuity is part of the trust model, not a migration project.
Who it is for
Built for firms that stay close to the operation
The strongest partners already help companies understand how work moves, redesign critical workflows, implement operating systems, or guide ongoing transformation.
They want to leave clients with more than a point-in-time answer. They want the operating picture to remain useful, inspectable, and alive as the company changes.
